We use natural, fragrance-free cleaning products from companies like Biokleen for in-house washing in between cycles. We also try to ensure our members do the same, as much as possible. If you have any issues with the condition of the clothes you receive, text Concierge and we should be able to address it quickly and replace your bundle if needed.
